Coaching has been a part of my life for over 20 years so I feel privileged to have trained in such a variety of specialisations, which has directly helped so many clients overcome past trauma; something many of them believed wasn’t possible.  To see real people learn how to integrate back into their family life is incredibly powerful, especially when traditional techniques haven’t worked in the past.  My goal is to offer an alternative approach to trauma rehabilitation, and help you heal past wounds so that you can move forward with a new passion for the future.
